The Council Empowerment Funds Program

Have you ever considered taking a conference or training program in order to empower yourself and family member with special needs to achieve independence, productivity, and inclusion?

The Council Empowerment Funds Program can provide financial assistance to help you achieve this goal by providing a maximum of $500 per year in order to attend a conference or training program with these objectives. Massachusetts residents are encouraged to apply by completing a short application and summary describing how the program you would like to attend can benefit you or your family.
