Social Pragmatics

Social Language Use (Pragmatics) resources are available from the American Speech Language Hearing Association – ASHA. Social Pragmatics covers the use of language in an individual or group situation.

Therapy programs are run by Speech Language Pathologists and have a different focus than groups run by psychologists or social workers. ASHA also provides a search engine to find a professional.
